Individual counseling

Individual counseling specially designed for menopausal women, tailored to your goals, preferences and lifestyle. Optional: Identification of potential hormonal imbalances through saliva test performed by CENSA Center for Saliva Analysis.

Presentations and workshops

Learn about basic aspects of the menopause transition, unexpected connections to many aspects of your lifestyle such as stress, nutrition, exercise, etc. Offerings also include deep dives into specific topics, such as support in the workplace, stress management, optimal nutrition.

Group counseling

In small groups and within a safe environment, you will receive comprehensive information about menopause, new perspectives to clarify questions and discomforts, mutual support, motivation, joint development of next steps and more.

Cooking courses

Fun and interactive cooking courses for healthier, family-friendly cooking. For companies, friends or individuals who want to cook in a relaxed atmosphere and take home helpful ideas for everyday or for special occasions. I will also gladly answer questions about nutrition and menopause.

About me

I am Vivian Birn, menopause and nutrition counsellor, hormone specialist and activist. My offer is shaped by my passion for this phase of life, broad and multi-faceted education, decades of experience in the corporate world and periods of life in Uruguay, USA, Colombia and Germany (currently in Berlin). Working with individuals (mainly women), companies and organizations around the world, I provide science-based information and support around menopause.
